Walk-in visitors are welcome Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:30 and on Saturday mornings between 09:00 and 13:00. Please note that walk-in visitors may need to wait if all staff are engaged with scheduled appointments; booking ahead guarantees you are seen promptly.
